chase the same in such manner and under such
Restrictions as herein after in these presents is for
that purpose expressed And whereas
the said James Duke of Atholl hath also pro-
posed to revoke so many of the Trusts of the same
Indenture or deed of Feofment whereby the Trustees
therein named and the Survivors of them their No-
minees and Assigns were and are authorized with
such Consent as therein mentioned to grant Offices
civil military ministerial or judicial and to
present and collate to ecclesiastical Benefices
upon vacancys and instead thereof to delegate
such powers of granting Offices and presenting
and collating to Benefices to the person or persons
who shall from time to time be intitled to be in
the actual Receipt of the Rents and Profits of the
said Isle and Territory of Man when and as
such person or persons shall respectively
be in the Receipt thereof And whereas
the said David Lord viscount Stormont hath with
the privity and Approbation of the said James Duke
of Atholl testified by his signing these presents Elected
and nominated as by these presents he doth Elect and
nominate the said Sir Charles Frederick and Edmund
Hoskins to supply the place of the said Archibald
