This appeal is accepted of pursuant to their Excellencies' proc[lamation?]
in that behalf provided that the applt forthwith Enters int[o]
[?]ith good Security in the penal Sum of Thirty Pounds pursu[ant to?]
the order provided in that behalf that the applt his Exors or
Admors Shall Effectually prosecute this appeal within Si[x] [obscured] an[d]
from the date hereof and also will well and truly pay or cau[se] [obscured]
to be paid unto the Resp^t his Exors or Admors all such [obscured]
as Shall be awarded in case the Jurys Verdicts and [obscured]
be affirmed and that the appolt take authentick Copies of all
proceedings had in this cause to be laid before the Court of App[eal]
