mentioned and described, as parts and portions thereof, and
which lie discontiguously in another district of the County,
and at a great distance from the Mansion Houses and Family
Residences, as well as to the whole of the other Entailed
Estates, and described in the second Schedule annexed to this
Act, and whereof the free Yearly Rent amounts to the Sum
of £ 1686 — as appears by the said Schedule; should
be exchanged for the Lands and Heritages beforementioned,
which belong in Fee to the said *John* Duke of *Atholl.*

*And whereas* it is not intended by any thing contained in
this Act, to render the Rights of the said *John* Duke of *Atholl,*
or of the Descendants of the said *John,* late Duke of *Atholl,*
his Father, to the said Entailed Estates, or to any part thereof,
more effectual, or in any respect different from what such Right
or Title was, prior to the passing of this Act, or to affect any
Right or Title which any other of the Heirs of Entail has, have,
or may have, or alledge themselves to have to the said Estates,
or to any part thereof, under any or either of the Settlements or
Investitures thereof.

But as these purposes cannot be accomplished without the
Aid and Authority of Parliament;

May it please Your MAJESTY,

Upon the Petition of Your Majesty's dutiful and loyal
Subject, the said *John* Duke of *Atholl* for himself, and on
behalf of his Infant Children, and of the Honourable *James*
*Murray,* commonly called Lord *James Murray,* his se-
cond Son, That it may be enacted; *And be it enacted* by Lands and Es-
the KING's Most Excellent MAJESTY, by and with the con- tates of Wester
sent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons in Kinnaird,
this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of Drumnacarff,
the same, that from, and immediately after the passing of this Craignuisk,
Act, the said *John* Duke of *Atholl,* at any time during his and Balnamuir,
life, or, failing him, the Heir of Entail for the time being, and of Balna-
possessed of the Estates comprised in the said Deed of Entail guard, and Bal-
hereinbefore recited, and referred to, made by the said *John,* navert, and of
late Duke of *Atholl,* and also of the said Lands and Estate of Wester and
*Tullibardine,* and other Lands and Heritages comprised in the Easter Logie-
said first Schedule annexed to this Act; and the Committee, or rait, and Killi-
Committees, and Tutors, and Curators of such Heir of Entail for changie, and
