At Castle Rushen this 5^th September 1763.
The within written Appeal is accepted of And the Applt is Allowed three Month[s] [obscured]
the Date hereof for the prosecution of his said Appeal Provided he forthwith ent[er] [obscured]
into Bonds in the penalty of Ten pounds that he will prosecute the same with eff[ect] [obscured]
in the limited time aforesaid And in Case the Verdicts appealed from be affirm[ed] [obscured]

whereof well and truly to be made We bind & oblige ourselves e[ach] [obscured]
Us by himself our and each of our Heirs Exors and Admors joint[ly] [obscured]

The Condition of the above written Bond or Obligation is such That Whereas th[e] [obscured]
bounden William Toare hath brought the within Appeal to be relieved ag^t the V[erdict] [obscured]
of the Jurys therein mentioned If therefore the s^d Applt shall effectually prose[cute] [obscured]
s^d Appeal within the time limited in the Acceptance thereof And shall [obscured]
