aforesaid Then and in such Case that he the
said John Duke of Atholl his heirs Executors
or Administrators or some or one (or one) of them
shall and will before or on the first Day of Fe-
bruary which will be in the year one thousand
seven hundred and sixty six fully and wholly
pay and discharge or satisfy all and every such
Charges and Incumbrances of whatsoever Na-
ture or kind the same are or shall be and all
principal Money and Interest of what Amount
soever due or to grow due thereon respectively and
every part thereof and all Costs and Charges
whatsoever relating thereto and to each and every
or any of them and shall and will before or
on the first day of March One thousand seven
hundred and sixty six at his and their own Charge
and Expence cause and procure all and every
the Estates sold and conveyed by the said Duke
as aforesaid or such parts thereof as shall
appear to be affected by any such Charge
or Charges Incumberance or Incumberances
to be by all and every proper and necessary
Ways and Means whatsoever entirely effectually
and absolutely freed disincumbered and ex-
onerated of and from such Charges and
Incumberances and each and every of them
and all principal Money Interest and
