the said David Lord Viscount Stormont Sir
Charles Frederick and Edmund Hoskins their
heirs and Assigns for ever to be had and holden
of our Sovereign Lord the King his heirs and Suc-
cessors by the Rents Tenures Suits and Services by
which the same are now held of the Kings Majesty
and by and under no other Rents Tenures Suits
or Services whatsoever To the Intent that the
legal Estate and Interest of and in the said
Isle Castle Piele Lordships Territory and Pre-
mises may be and remain vested in them
the said David Lord Viscount Stormont Sir
Charles Frederick and Edmund Hoskins
their heirs and Assigns Upon such Trusts never-
theless and to and for such several Intents and
Purposes And subject to and by and under such
Provisos Payments Restrictions Limitations De-
clarations and Agreements as in and by the
within written Indenture or Deed of Settlement
are expressed and declared of and concerning
the same And to and for or upon no other
Trusts Intents or Purposes whatsoever **And
