ments and Premiſes by these Presents granted
Bargained sold enffeoff'd and confirmed to the said
John Wood or mentioned or intended so to be with
their and every of their Rights Royalties Mem-
bers and Appurtenances unto the said John Wood
his Heirs and Aſsigns for ever and to be had &
holden of our Sovereign Lord the King his
heirs and Succeſsors by the Rents Tenures Suits
and Services by which the said James Duke of
Atholl and David Lord viscount Stormont or
either of them now hold the same of the Kings
Majesty and by and under no other Rents Tenures
Suits or Services whatsoever To the Intent
the Legal Estate and Interest of and in the
said Isle Castle Peele Lordships Territorys and
Premiſes may be and remain vested in the
said John Wood his heirs and Aſsigns upon
this special Trust and confidence neverthe-
leſs that he the said John Wood or his heirs
shall and do forthwith by good and
sufficient Conveyances and Aſsurances
in the Law, to be by him sealed & delivered
in the Presence of three credible Persons
