of such and so many of the Trusts contained in the said
last recited Indenture or deed of Feoffment as are not re-
voked or intended to be revoked by the said James Duke
of Athole as in these presents is for that purpose ex-
pressed Now this Indenture
witnesseth that for the considerations herein
before mentioned and for divers other good causes
and considerations him thereunto moving He the said
James Duke of Athole in pursuance and by Force
and virtue of the said power and Authority to him in and
by the said in part recited Indenture or deed of Feoffment
bearing date the said sixth Day of April One thou-
sand seven hundred and fifty six given & reserved
as aforesaid and by Force of all other powers and
Authoritys to him in that behalf given and reserved
or any ways enabling him thereunto hath revoked
determined repealed and made void And by this
his Deed or Instrument in writing sealed and delivered
by him in the presence of and attested by three
persons whose names are hereunto subscribed or
indorsed as witnesses attesting the same doth
revoke determine repeal and make void all
and every the Trusts Directions Declarations
and Agreements in and by the said last in part
recited Indenture or deed of Feoffment bearing
date the said sixth day of April One thousand
seven hundred and fifty six contained expressed
