his Office of Comptroller or Clerk of the Rolls hath been guilty of
any Breach of Duty or Violation of faith of the most important—
kind in which the properties of any Individual are most intimately
concerned as well as the said prosecutor or to have in any sort—
treacherously attacked or injured the said prosecutor. And of all
and singular the premises this Defendant doth put himself upon
trial as the Honourable Governor shall direct—

And this Defendant doth humbly pray that he may—
have Authority to charge all proper Witnesses and—
