of forty three pounds Seven Shilts of lawful money of Great Britain to the
payment whereof well & truly to be made I do bind myself my [obscured]
Exors firmly by these presents At Witnes my Subscription this 13 July 1764
his the s^d post^s 12 Sacks of flower in the post^s foregoing post or order
dition of the above written Bond is such That if the [?] R flowers shall be judged

work & truly pay or cause to be paid the Sum of Tuesaty one pounds Eighteen

Dition of the above Bond is such That if the Twelve Sacks of flower belonging to the
s^d in this post^s mentioned be adjudged & condemned a lawful Seizure That the s^d W^m Callow
without further Suit or trouble well & truly pay or cause to be paid unto the Att^y Gen^l
or any person on behalf of the Lord Excellencies & others concerned the Sum of Twenty
one Shilling & Two pence being the Value of the twelve Sacks of flower belonging
[obscured] then the s^d Bond to be void otherwise to be in full force
