Sheweth
That your Pet^r being a Transmarme and having [obscured]

For the Proſecution Thereof and your
Pet^r as bound Shall pray &c

25^th. May 1765.

The within Appell^t giving Bonds of £3 ad Und^m
D'ni to the Conſtable of Peel Castle that he will lay
this Appeal before the Hon^ble Staff of Governm^t
within ten days after date that his Hon^r may
appoint a time of Trial of which he is to give
the Adverſe party due Notice and in Caſe our
with authentick Copys of all the proceedings relating for [illegible] Order of the 7^th May Inſt. shall be affirmed
that he will abide by the Same this Appeal
upon theſe Terms is accepted by us

To the Conſtable of peel Castle
who is to transmit a Duplicate
of the Bonds to the Comptrollers
office

Appellant shall within ten days after the date hereof lay his

in case the Order of the Spirituall Court be affirmed that
he will abide by & comply therewith according to the
Terms of the acceptance of the within mentioned Appeal as
witneſs our hands this 25^th. May 1765.
