at a Chancery Court holden At Castle Rushen 7^th March 1766.
Upon hearing this Appeal in presence of the Attys as well of the Appel^t
as of the Respond^t and upon reading the order appealed from and
upon consideration had thereof and of what was otherwise ~~offered~~
pleaded offered Exhibited and alledged by each party this Court is of
Opinion that the s^d Order Appealed from ought to be affirmed—
and the same is hereby Affirmed accordingly and the [obscured] Appeal
Dismissed this Court.
