Comission aforesaid, Then and in such Case the said John Cannolt, John Sharples
and Robert Barrey and their Heyres shall be lyable and bound for theise their
Houldinges aforemencened, to such Lawes, Orders, Duties and Services & &
proportionable as shall bee conditioned & agreed upon betwixt the said Earle
or his Heyres, and the People of the Island, accordinge to the forme above-
menconed, or accordinge to the former Order of the Settinge Quest—
