This Appeal is accepted of, the Appellant entering
into Bonds with two or more Suritys in the penal Sum
of Three pounds to and for the use of our Sovereign
Lord the King to prosecute the same with effect within
Two Months from the Date hereof GIVEN this Ninth
Day of July 1767.

Know all Men by these presents That I^e the before named appellant
Charles Bromfield and ~~two~~ I William Corrin of Castletown Shop keeper
of Castletown are held and firmly bound unto our Sovereign Lord the
King in the penal Sum of Three pounds Upon Condition that the s^d
applt shall effectually prosecute the foregoing appeal within
the time Limitted in and by the acceptance thereof As Witness our

Upon hearing this Appeal in presence of the parties and upon Consideration
of what was Pleaded offered Argued and Alledged by each party this Courts
of opinion that the Judgement Appealed from be Reversed And It is hereby
Ordered that the Appelt shall not be subject to the payment of the rent
of the Demised premises until the reparations in the said Judgement
Mentioned be Compleated and the Appelt let into the peaceable possession
and enjoyment of the said premises And also that a Gate be Erected at the
Entrance into the Court Yard—
