II. And be it further enacted, That no Wort, Waſh, Penalty on
or Tilts, in the Poſſeſſion of any Diſtiller or Maker of removing or
Spirits, ſhall be removed or taken from his entered concealing
Premiſes, or concealed; but all ſuch Wort, Waſh, and Waſh, etc.
Tilts, and alſo all Low Wines extracted therefrom, ſhall
be ſeverally uſed and diſtilled by ſuch Diſtiller; and when
and ſo often as any Wort, Waſh, Tilts, or Low Wines,
ſhall be removed, taken away, or concealed, contrary to
the true Intent and Meaning of this Act, ſuch Wort,
Waſh, Tilts, and Low Wines ſhall be ſeized, forfeited,
and loſt; and over and beſides ſuch Forfeiture, ſuch
