This Cause is sett down to be heard upon friday the 7^th day of
March next whereof all proper parties & persons are to take
Notice - At Castle Rushen 7^th March 1766.
Upon hearing this appeal in presence of y^e attys as well of the [illegible]
as of y^e Resp^t and upon reading the order appealed from and upon consi[dering?]
the copy of what was otherwise pleaded offered & exhibited called [illegible]
