of thirty pounds to the payment whereof well and
truly to be made to their said Excellencies their Exors
Admors or Assigns or certain Atty we bind and oblige
ourselves and each of us by himself our and each

firmly by these presents As Witness our

The Condition of the beforegoing Bond or obligation is such That if the said
said appelt his Exors or Admors shall and will effectually
prosecute this appeal within the time limited in the acceptance
thereof and also well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto
the Resp^t his Exors or Admors all^e such costs as shall be awarded
according to the terms of the said Acceptance Then the beforewritten
Bond or obligation to be void otherwise to be and remain in full
force and virtue—
