By virtue of the above mentioned Order of Refference
of his Excellency John Wood Esquire Governor of this
Island I lawfully Sowed the Reverend Robert
Radcliffe Vicar General with the aforesaid Petition
and Order made thereon and at the Same time
noticed him the Said Vicar General to attend the
Hearing of the said Petition before his said
Excellency on Friday after the next Chancery
Court to answer the Suit and Petition of ~~the~~ the Said
Richard Owen the Petitioner therein mentioned
