Cribben, who says that agreeable to the

says that he has no objection that M^r Cribben
should arrest the money arising from the
Sale, in his hands, but otherwise he must
proceed agreeable to his instructions from
the English Court of admiralty, altho he
was rather of opinion that they were in the
wrong, & that the Rum ought to have been
condemned before the water Bailiff of the Isle
