rest whatsoever, in the Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments
to be disentailed, comprised in the said second Schedule an-
nexed to this Act; but that thereafter, in lieu and place of such
Claims, Right, Title, or Interest in the Lands, Estates, and
Heritages comprised in the said second Schedule, they, and
every of them, shall in every respect, and to all intents and pur-
poses, have, and be entitled to such and the like, and as bene-
ficial Claims, Rights, Titles, and Interests in and to the Lands,
Estates, and Heritages comprised in the said first Schedule an-
nexed to this Act, together with all such and the like Remedies
in Law and Equity, for recovering and enjoying, and otherwise
touching and respecting the same, or in any manner relating
thereunto, as they would have had, or been entitled to have, as
to the Lands, Estates, and Heritages comprised in the said se-
cond Schedule annexed to this Act, in case this Act had never
been made.

Saving Clause. *Saving always,* and reserving to the King's Most Excel-
lent Majesty, his Heirs and Successors, and to all and every
other Person and Persons, Bodies Politic and Corporate, his,
her, and their Heirs, Executors and Successors, (other than,
and except the Heirs of Entail, or Persons entitled to succeed to
the said Lands and Estates comprised in the said Deed of En-
tail made by the said *John*, late Duke of *Atholl*), all such Es-
tates, Rights, Titles, Interests, Claims, and Demands of, into,
or out of all or any of the said Lands, Estates, and other Pre-
mises aforesaid, as they, every, or any of them, had before the
passing of this Act, or could, should, or might have had, en-
joyed, claimed, or demanded, in case this Act had never been
made.
