unto the said Sir Charles Frederick and Edmund
Hoskins as herein before is recited or any part there
of are or is subject to any Charge or Incumbrance
whatsoever other than and besides the aforesaid
heritable Bond for the Sum of seven thousand
and the said Life Estate of the said Mary Duchess
Dowager of Atholl in such parts of the said Estates
as aforesaid And Shall and will on or before the
said first day of December now next produce
and shew unto the said Sir Charles Frederick
and Edmund Hoskins or the Survivor of
them or his Executors or Administrators an
Affidavit or Certificate of the person or per-
sons by whom such Search or Searches shall
have been made Declaring and specifying
what shall or may have appeared to him or
them thereupon with respect to there being or
not being any other Charge or Charges In-
cumbrance or Incumbrances on the said Estates
or any part thereof And if it shall thereupon
appear or be found that the said Estates or any
any part thereof are or is subject or liable to
any Charges or Charge Incumbrances or In-
cumbrance whatsoever other than and be-
sides the said heritable Bond to the said late
Duke of Douglas and the said Life Estate
of the said Mary Duchess Dowager of
Athole in such parts of the said Estates as
aforesaid
