To all to whom these pre
sents shall come the within nam
ed John Wood sendeth greeting Where
As full and absolute Seisin and Possefsion of
the Isle Castle Peel Lordships and Territory of Man
and other the Hereditaments within granted &
enfeoffed or mentioned or intended to be granted
and enfeoffed unto the said John Wood and his
heirs upon the several Trusts in the within In
denture or deed of Feofment mentioned hath be
fore the day of the date of these presents been
delivered by the Attornies within named to the
said John Wood purseuant to the Tenor of the
same Indenture or Deed of Feofment As by
such Livery and Seizin duly endorsed on these
presents may appear Now know ye
that the said John Wood in pursuance of the
Trusts in him reposed by the same within written
Indenture or deed of Feofment And for and
in consideration of the Sum of ten Shillings of
good and lawful Money of Great Britain to
him at or before the ensealing and delivering
of these presents in hand paid by the within
named David Lord Viscount Stormont Sir
Charles Frederick and Edmund Hoskins
(the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged)
hath granted bargained sold re-enfeoffed &
confirmed And by these Presents doth grant
bargain sell re-enfeoff and confirm unto the
