and the then Archdeacon of the said Isle
and were resumed and taken by the said James
Duke of Athole into his own hands upon or
soon after his Accession to the Dominion and
Property of the said Isle in or about the year
of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
thirty six And whereto the Right and Title
of the said Duke hath been since establish-
ed by a Decree of the High Court of Chancery
of England bearing date the fifteenth day
of July one thousand seven hundred and
fifty one And the same have been since
wholly or in part from time to time leased set or
demised by the Agents of the said Duke
to diverse persons and at and under diverse
yearly Rents payable for the same res-
pectively And he the said James Duke
of Athole doth hereby declare all and
every the Trusts Directions Declarations
and Agreements in the said last recited
Deed of Feoffment contained and the Trusts
Directions Declarations and Agreements
respectively contained in all or any other
Deeds or Feofments to be utterly null and
void to all Intents and purposes as touching
the same Rectorys Impropriations (except
Advowsons
