and John Cannell of Peel Town doe become bound in the
Sum of three pound, ad uſum Domini that Thomas

Appeal before the Hon^ble the Staff of Government
and that he will be prepar'd with Authentick Copy of
the Proceedings had in the Cauſe, and in Caſe the
Judgement of the Spiritual Court be Affirm'd that
he wil Comply therewith according to the Terms of
the Acceptance of the Said Appeal as witneſs our
hands.
