Ballaugh Presented by John Myhoa Lockman of K.K. Ballaugh that by virtue of M^r Deem^r
Laces Order he charged Tho^s Crolin to appear before the s^d Deemster at the suit of
M^r Philip Garret but did not appear therefore stands in Mercy of a fine —

Conchan — Presented by Geo Oates Coroner of Garff Sheading that by virtue of M^r Deemster
Haywoods Order he arrested the Effects of Nicholas Christian that the same
should not be removed until M^r W^m Bridson be first paid & satisfied the sum
of twenty five pounds British being due to him for house rent and upon
the s^d W^m Bridsons not thinking the said goods safe in the custody of the said
Nicholas Christian he further proceeded to take the said Goods into his
own custody at the suit of the said W^m Bridson but the said Nich^s Christ^n
Stopped him therefore for his contempt stands in mercy of a fine
25th June 1765.
Maughold Presented by John Christian Lockman of K.K. Maughold that by virtue of
M^r Deemster Laces Order he demanded pawn of John Bailey for the sum
of three pounds with thirteen pence fees for the use of M^rs Mary Sivin[?]
but the said John Bailey Stopped pawn therefore for his contempt
stands in mercy of a fine —

the said Deemster at the suit of Hugh Martin but did not appear
therefore stands in mercy of a fine —

sum of ten Shillings and nine pence with ten pence fees for
the use of Hugh Martin but the s^d Crow Stopped pawn therefore
