any other Charge or Charges Incumbrance or
Incumbrances on the s^d Estates or any part there
of And untir such time as the said John Duke
of Atholl his heirs executors or Administrators
shall have fully paid off and discharged or
satisfied all and every Charges and Incum-
brances whatsoever which if any it shall
or may upon such Search or Searches be found
or appear that the said Estates or any part
thereof are or is in any wise subject to over and
besides the said heritable Bond to the said late
duke of Douglas and the said life Estate of the
said Duchess Dowager of Atholl and all
principal Money and Interest due or to grow
due thereon respectively and all Costs and Charges
relating thereto And shall have caused and
procured all and every the Estates of him
the said John Duke of Atholl so sold and
conveyed as aforesaid which shall appear
to be affected by such other Charge or Charges
Incumbrance or Incumbrances to be entirely
effectually and absolutely freed disencumbered
and exonerated of and from the same and
every of them and all principal Money
Interest and Costs now due or to grow due
thereon And all Claims and Demands
whatsoever by virtue or in respect thereof
And shall have produced and shewn unto
them
