ecutors Administrators and Aſsigns ſhall
stand poſseſsed of the said Isle and other the
premiſses for all the then Residue and Re-
mainder of the said Term of five hundred years
upon such Trusts and to and for such new Intents
and purposes as by the said James Duke of
Atholl in virtue of the power thereby vested
in him should at any time and from time to
time be limited directed appointed or declared
by any Deed or Writing sealed and delivered by
him or by his last Will and Testament in writ-
ing signed and attested as aforesaid As by the
said last recited Indenture of Aſsignment
Relation being thereunto had may appear.
And whereas the said James
Duke of Atholl having in and by these pre-
sents in such manner and form as is herein
before for that purpose expreſsed Revoked
so much of the said recited Indenture or Deed
of Feoffment bearing date the said sixth
day of April One thousand seven hundred
and fifty six as relates to all and singular
the Rectorys Impropriations and Tyths in
the said Isle of Man part of the said aſsigned
premiſses And having in and by these pre-
sents in such manner and form as herein
beforefor that purpose also mentioned to-
gether
