Sharpe To hold to him his executors Admi-
nistrators and Assigns for the Remainder of the
said term of five hundred years Upon Trust to as-
sign the same in such manner as the said Duke
should by Deed or Will attested by two or more
Witnesses direct or appoint, And in default
of such direction or Appointment, in trust for
the Benefit of such person and persons as by vir-
tue of any Settlement or Disposition then subsist-
ing of the same premises had or ought to have
any Estate or Interest therein and subject
thereto In trust for the sole Benefit of the said
Duke his heirs and Assigns for ever And fur-
ther reciting as therein is recited It was witness-
ed that for the considerations therein men-
tioned the said John Sharpe by the direction
of the said Duke testified as therein also men-
tioned did assign transfer and set over and
the said Duke did thereby ratify and confirm
All and singular the said Isle Castle Peel and
Lordship of Man and all other the Premis-
ses unto the said George Earl of Aberdeen
to hold to him his Executors Administrators
and Assigns for the then Remainder of the
said term of five hundred years Upon the
several Trusts nevertheless and to and for the
several Ends Intents and Purposes in the said
Indenture
