Strange party hereto And the Heirs male of
the Body of the said John now Duke of
Atholl with several Remainders over with
Power to the surviving Trustees in case of the
death of any of them to re-enfeoff other
Trustees to the same uses And Whereas
As the said Archibald Duke of Argyle
and John Sharpe being dead, by Indenture
or deed of Feofment with Livery and Seizin
indorsed bearing date the twenty first day
of November one thousand seven hundred
and sixty one and made between the said
James Duke of Atholl of the first part, the
said David Lord Viscount Stormont of the
second part, the said John now Duke of
Atholl (then John Murray) of the third part
John Wood Esquire of the fourth part, the
said Sir Charles Frederich and Edmund
Hoskins of the fifth part And the Right Ho-
nourable George Earl of Aberdeen of the
sixth part And by a Deed poll executed
by the said John Wood the eighth day of
July one thousand seven hundred and
sixty two with Livery and Seizin thereon
indorsed the said Isle Castle Peel and Lordship
and premises and the Appurtenances there
of except the Rectorys Impropriations and
Tythes mentioned in the said Indenture
of the twenty first day of November one
thousand seven hundred and sixty one were
vested
