Impropriations and Tyths pursuant to the power
in him vested by the said recited Indenture of
Assignment to revoke determine and make
void all and every the Trusts Directions
Declarations and Agreements in the same
Indenture contained of or concerning the same
Rectorys Impropriations and Tyths and every
of them and that the Residue and Remainder
yet to come and unexpired of the said Term of
five hundred years so assigned to the said George
Earl of Aberdeen as aforesaid so far as relates
to the said Rectorys Impropriations and Tyths
so granted enfeoffed and confirmed to the
said John Murray and his heirs as aforesaid
