in hand paid by the said John Wood before the
sealing and delivery of these presents (the
Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) The
said James Duke of Atholl and also the said
David Lord viscount Stormont at the Request
and by the Direction and Appointment
of the said James Duke of Atholl Testified
by his being a party to and his signing and
sealing these presents in the presence of the
three credible persons whose Names are indorsed
hereupon as witnesses thereunto Have and
each of them Hath Granted bargained
