Charge or Incumberance or not and of what
shall appear or be found upon such Search or
Searches And that in case any other Incumber.
ance whatsoever shall be thereupon discovered
to be on or affecting the said Estate or any part
thereof then he the said John Duke of Athole

after pay off and discharge the same and
procure such Estate to be duly exonerated there
