9. Atholl did thereby direct limit and appoint that
the said John Earl of Dunmore William now Lord
Mansfield and John Murray their Heirs & Assigns
should from thenceforth stand and be seized and interested
of and in the said Isle and other the premises in the said
recited Indenture or deed of Feofment granted And
the said Duke thereby ratifyed and confirmed the
same to them and their Heirs subject to the said Term
of five hundred years To the Intent that the Legal
Estate and Interest of and in the said Isle & Premises
might subject as aforesaid remain vested in them and
their Heirs upon the several Trusts and to the several
Intents and purposes therein mentioned being such or
the like Trusts Intents and purposes as are herein
before and in the said Indenture or deed of Feof-
ment bearing date the said fourteenth day of
November one thousand seven hundred & thirty
seven expressed or declared concerning the same
and with such and the like power of Revocation
and Declaration of new Uses concerning the same
premises as are therein and herein before for that
purpose also mentioned And whereas
by a certain other Indenture or deed of Feofment
tripartite with Livery and Seizin thereon en-
dorsed bearing date on or about the sixth day
of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
