Heirs with their and every of their Rights mem-
bers and Appurtenances and all the Estate
Right Title Term of years yet to come and unex-
pired Claim and Demand whatsoever of him
the said George Earl of Aberdeen of in to or out of
the said Rectorys Impropriations Tyths and
premises and every or any part or parcel there-
of To the End and Intent that the Residue and
Remainder of the said Term of five hundred
Years of and in and so far as respects the same
Rectorys Impropriations Tyths and Pre-
mises(and no further or otherwise or in re-
spect to the said Isle Lordship and Territory
of Man or any other the hereditaments in
the said Indenture of Assignment dated
the said fifth day of April One thousand
seven hundred and fifty six mentioned
or intended so to be) may from henceforth
be and become absolutely merged and ex-
tinguished in the immediate Reversion and
Inheritance of the same Rectorys Impropri-
ations Tyths and Premises now vested in
the said John Murray and his heirs to be
sold and disposed of in such manner and
for such purposes as aforesaid And
the said James Duke of Athole and David
Lord Viscount Stormont have and each
of them hath made ordained constituted
and appointed And by these presents do
and each of them doth make ordain
