this is to transmit a Duplicate
of the Bonds to the Comptroller

WE John Stevenson of Castletown Gent and Tho: Taylor
of Peeltown do become bound in the Penal Sum of £3 &
ad usum Dni That the Appellent shall within ten days
after the date hereof lay his Appeal before the Hon.^ble
Staff of Government of this Isle and incase the Order of
the Spiritual Court be affirmed that he will abide by
and comply therewith according to the Terms of the
acceptance of the withinmentioned Appeal as witness
