ously tryed by the proper Great Inquest, and found
Guilty of a Neglect or Breach of his Duty, before your
Worship could take Cognizance of the Matter of the said
John Christian's Complaint ag^t. your poot for the
said pretended Neglect of Duty, but your Worships
over ruled your petitioners said plea, to the Jurisdi=
ction, and notwithstanding it appeared that the
facts were as before related; your Worship was
pleased to award Execution against your petitioner
for the Sum of four pounds Eighteen Shillings and
three pence Britt. or thereabouts, which your poot^r.
Conceives to be a Great Hardship upon him ——
