The within Appeal^t giving Bonds of L3 to
D^rs to the Constable of Peel Castle that he will
lay this Appeal before the Hon^ble Staff of Goverm^t
within ten days after date that his Hon^r may ap
=point a time of trial of which he is to give the
Adverse partys due Notice he is also to be pre
=pared with Authentick Copys of all the proceedings
herein for his Hon^rs better Satisfaction and in
Case our order of the 7^th May inst^t shall be affirmed
that he will abide by the same this Appeal on
terms are accepted by us
