Modern watermill and associated water management.
The Ordnance Survey 1:2500 First Edition mapping of 1868 shows a flour mill, fed by a leat extending 190m upstream to the Colby river.
The leat is fully traceable, and the grid reference is located at the take-off point from the Colby river.
