Modern bone and saw mill.
The Ordnance Survey First Edition 1:2500 map of 1868 records a 'Bone & Saw Mill' at this location. The mill was waterpowered, via a leat off the Colby River.
The structure is still standing and is owned by the Department of Infrastructure.
