Flint Scatter at Ballavar
Archaeology
The findspot of an early prehistoric flint scatter. These include over 30 blade flakes found about 1973 after ploughing, as well as Ronaldsway type Neolithic polished flint implements found in the past. The finds were made in the field numbered as Plot 769 on the 1870 1:2500 scale Ordnance Survey map.
