Signpost Corner is a right-hand turn on the Hillberry Road section of the A18, around the 36.7-mile mark. It was historically a signal station, where an observer telephoned ahead to the TT Grandstand when a rider passed, triggering a light on the pit scoreboard to warn crews that their rider was about to arrive for a fuel or tyre stop.
