Auckland Terrace's houses appear in Ramsey's nineteenth-century trade and residential directories, which give a glimpse of who lived there in Victorian times: Thomas Moore, described as a gentleman, was recorded at No. 7 in the 1863 Thwaites directory, alongside Joseph Frederick Greene and Jane Hunter at No. 5; by 1894 Brown's Directory records Edward H. Dawson living at No. 9. The terrace, together with West House, is now registered as a group on the Isle of Man's Registered Buildings list.
