Ridgeway House stands on Ridgeway Street in central Douglas, close to the town's civic buildings. A datestone recorded on the building gives 1895 as its construction year, placing it in the same late-Victorian building boom that produced neighbouring Douglas Town Hall. It is listed on the Isle of Man's Registered Buildings register and today is used as offices.
