Number 3 The Parade was, according to William Henry Cooper's account of the town, occupied by the Manx Bank before that bank relocated to Market Square, with Robert Cretney serving as its agent. Between the wars the house went on to serve as the Methodist Manse. It stands among the Georgian terrace of The Parade opposite Castle Rushen.
