Tulloch House, at 2 The Parade, is a mid-terraced Registered Building within Castletown's Conservation Area. A local history account records that the house was occupied over the years by various families, including the Darrah family and a retired parson named Davidson, whose son wrote a novel called "The Green Hills by the Sea" set in Castletown. More recently, in 2019 the Island's planning register recorded Registered Building consent for the front elevation to be re-rendered using traditional materials such as lime render, matching its status as a protected historic property.
