Powrie Cottage, at 5 The Quay, is a Registered Building on Castletown's harbourside. The Island's own register description attributes the house to the noted Arts and Crafts architect M. H. Baillie Scott, who worked on the Isle of Man in the early twentieth century, but no additional independent documentary source on the specific commission or dating of this house was found.
