The Range Front, or leading, light on Shore Road is one of a pair of lighthouses at Port Erin used together to guide vessels into the harbour on a fixed bearing. It is operated by the Isle of Man Harbours authority, stands around 11 metres tall with a focal height of about 10 metres, and its light has a range of roughly 5 nautical miles. A construction date and architect for the structure were not found in available sources.
