The Ramsey Town War Memorial, now set within the Memorial Gardens by the Court House on Parliament Street, was unveiled on 30 September 1920 by Major General Sir William Fry and dedicated by the Lord Bishop, J.D. Thompson. Designed by architect P.M.C. Kermode and built by T.H. Royston, it takes the form of a red Dorset sandstone column topped by a Celtic cross, ringed by slate plaques naming the fallen; a further set of names from the Second World War was added and unveiled in 1951. It was formally added to the Isle of Man's protected buildings register in 2021.
