Stone Bridge Bowring Road Ramsey Isle Of Man

The Stone Bridge over the Sulby River on Bowring Road, Ramsey, was built in 1755 and widened in 1840, and has carried traffic across the river into the town for over 250 years. It was granted protected building status in September 2025 as part of a group of historic Manx landmarks recognised together, ranging from medieval bridges to Victorian railway structures.
