Peter Robert Kennaugh (born 15 June 1989 in Douglas) is a Manx former professional racing cyclist who rode for Team Sky and Bora-Hansgrohe between 2010 and 2019. As part of the Great Britain team pursuit squad alongside Ed Clancy, Geraint Thomas and Steven Burke, he won gold at the 2012 London Olympics, becoming the first Manx-born Olympic champion in a century (since rower Sidney Swann in 1912). He was awarded an MBE in the 2013 New Year Honours.
